A secretary of the Firm does not limit oneself to ministerial work. He or she must be able to accomplish a multitude of tasks at any given time, and must be efficient in writing, typewriting, and the employment of various communication media. A Firm secretary must also be adept in utilizing basic technological tools, equipment, programs and applications. A driving force in the operations of the Firm, secretaries must be more than capable in assisting the Partners and associates in accordance with the work required of them. In addition to the foregoing, an interested applicant must possess the virtues of honesty, trustworthiness, and an impeccable sense of strategy in any given situation.

Job Requirements:

  • An applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree.
  • He or she must have no derogatory record.
  • It is highly preferred that he or she is knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
